Shipping and returns
Online ordering opens shortly. This page sets out how shipping and returns will work so there are no surprises.
Checkout is not open yet. Nothing on this site can be purchased at the moment, and no payment is taken.
Shipping
Orders will ship from our factory in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. We are setting up warehousing in the United States so that most American orders can be dispatched domestically rather than shipped across the Pacific, which shortens transit times considerably.
Until that is in place, orders will ship directly from China. Estimated transit times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout, calculated on weight and destination.

Returns and hygiene
Respiratory protection is a hygiene product. For health and safety reasons, opened packs of masks, used facepieces and used cartridges cannot be returned.
Unopened, sealed product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photographs and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping.
How to arrange a return
Contact us first
Email support@vorqensafe.com with your order number and photographs of the sealed pack.
Wait for the return authorization
We will confirm eligibility and send the return address. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Pack it as it arrived
Return the product in its original, unopened packaging so it can be resold or disposed of correctly.
Refund on inspection
Once the return is received and checked, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
