Draft — to be dated on publication
The terms that apply when you use this website or buy from us.
Using this site
By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to scrape or reproduce its content commercially without permission.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can and state clearly which standard each product is tested to. Product photography is representative; packaging and minor cosmetic details may change between production batches.
We may change specifications, packaging and product ranges without notice. Where a change affects a safety-relevant property, the product page and the packaging will reflect it.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where a price was listed in error, or where we are required to by law.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Limits of liability
Respiratory protection only reduces exposure when the correct product is chosen for the hazard, fitted properly, worn for the whole exposure, and replaced on schedule. The buyer is responsible for choosing a product suited to their task, for following the instructions, and for complying with the regulations that apply where they work.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The vorqensafe name, logo, product photography and site copy are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The contracting entity is Wuxi Saihu Technology Co., Ltd. (无锡赛护科技有限公司), Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
