What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address, company name, country, and any message you send through a form on this site.

Order details, once checkout opens: what you bought, where it shipped, and the payment reference your payment provider returns to us. We never receive or store your full card number.

Technical data collected automatically: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote a wholesale order, ship a retail order, and notify you about a product you asked to be told about.

To send marketing email — but only where you have opted in, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

To measure and improve the site, and to detect and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business: our storefront platform, our email platform, our analytics providers, and the carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers who move your order.

Professional advisers and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising without your consent where consent is required.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months.

Order and tax records: as long as our accounting and tax obligations require, typically 6 to 7 years.

Marketing consent and the record of how you gave it: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email below and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
