Set the headbands to a firm but comfortable length the first time, then keep that setting so the mask sits the same way every time.
Check the foam edge before a long session. Once it is compressed or split, the mask will not sit flat.
Replace after a heavy session, or immediately if you can taste or smell dust inside the mask.
The DM100 is a light mask for short jobs. The DM400 has a wider face contact area, a reinforced outer layer and headbands instead of ear loops, which makes it far more stable over a long session.
Yes. Both bands adjust. Tighten until the mask sits flat with no gaps, but not so much that the edges fold.
The padded nose clip reduces it. Fit the clip first, then put glasses on over the top edge of the mask.
