Replace the mask when it becomes soiled, damp, crushed or noticeably harder to breathe through. Do not wash it and reuse it — washing collapses the filter layers.
Keep unused masks in the sealed bag until you need them. Store away from solvents and direct sunlight.

No. Washing and drying damages the melt-blown filter layers. Treat it as a single-use product and replace it when it is dirty, damp or harder to breathe through.
Facial hair between the mask edge and your skin breaks the seal. For the best result, shave the area the mask contacts, or choose a reusable facepiece that you can fit and check carefully.
It depends on how dusty the job is. In light use a single mask can cover one session; in heavy sawdust or sanding work, replace it within a few hours.
