Replace at the end of a heavy session, or sooner if the cup is crushed or damp.

Pull both bands over the crown of your head, then press the nose clip down on both sides with two fingers.
Choose fold-flat if you want something to carry around. Choose the cup if you wear a mask for hours at a time and want the filter material kept away from your mouth.
Yes. The nose clip sits low and the cup shape leaves room above the nose for glasses and shields.
Replace it during the day if it becomes damp or dirty. A single mask is not intended to be worn for a full day of heavy dust exposure.
