VQ-RF900 Full-Face Reusable Respirator

SKU VQ-RF900

Eye and lung protection in one piece.

A wide anti-fog visor covers your eyes and your whole face, while twin cartridges handle the air. The silicone facepiece and five-point harness keep it steady, and one piece goes on instead of a mask and a pair of goggles.

  • Anti-fog, impact-resistant visor covers your eyes and full face, so you stop juggling separate goggles.
  • Twin symmetric inlets and a cold-flow exhale valve keep breathing easy and stop the lens misting up.
  • Soft silicone facepiece with a five-point harness spreads the load and holds the seal while you move.

Where people use it

Looking after it

  1. Keep the lens clean

Rinse dust off with water before wiping, then use a soft cloth. Dry-wiping a dusty lens scratches the anti-fog coating.

  2. Re-seat the lens seal

Check the lens gasket each time you clean the facepiece. A pinched gasket lets air in and fogs the lens.

  3. Check the exhale valve

A sticking exhale valve is what makes a full-face mask fog up. Rinse and dry it, and replace it from the VQ-RK100 kit when it hardens.

Questions about this product

Does it fog up?

The lens has an anti-fog coating and the exhale valve vents below the lens. If it still fogs, the exhale valve or the lens gasket needs cleaning or replacing.

Can I wear prescription glasses under it?

Some spectacle frames fit; larger frames will not. If that is a problem for you, the half-face options work better with glasses.

Is it heavy?

Around 400 g with cartridges fitted. The five-point harness spreads that across your head so it does not pull on your neck.

Replacement

VQ-CA210 Activated Carbon Cartridge (pair)

For the smells that dust masks do not stop.

VQ-FP120 Particulate Filter Pads (10-pack)

  • Ten KN95-class pads per pack, each tested to GB2626-2019 for at least 95% filtration efficiency on non-oily particles
